Like the Tidewater Red Cypress shingles for the Montpelier, home of fourth U.S. President James Madison. E.T. Moore supplied this wood for the renovation of the roof of this historic structure. These shingles were individually crafted- one by one hand split, and rounded on the bottom with a hatchet.
