Q8 Log Oil
Outlast Q8 Log Oil is an American made wood preservative specifically designed to control wood decay causing organisms (and mold, termites, powder post beetles) in log homes and on wood siding. This EPA registered exterior oil is a one coat solution providing unsurpassed water repellency and sheer trans-oxide color. As a totally non-film forming exterior treatment, Outlast Q8 Log Oil will never crack or peel and the trans-oxide pigment system provides excellent UV control slowing down graying of the wood while providing fade resistant color.

Coverage
Approximately 150-175 sq. ft. per gallon for new wood. Generally, it is recommended that new construction be re-treated within 24 months of the initial application. Exactly when during the 24 months is determined by the moisture content of the log and/or the temperature/weather conditions at initial application. Coverage needs to be in the 125-175 sq. ft. per gallon range.
